Simon Goldberg and Simone Marshall are UK citizens that fraudulently fill out US IRS forms for their “clients”. They employ the “Overstated withholding schemes” that the US IRS regularly includes in their “Dirty Dozen” scams.
Many people have gone to prison for running these schemes. Including:
- Ronald L. Brekke – 12 years
- Judy Grace Sellers – up to 23 years
- Penny Jones – 12 years
- Marquet Antwain Burgess Mattox – 19 years
- Karen Liane Miller – 1.5 years
- Winston Shrout – 10 years

Simon and Simone immediately started trying to suppress my First Amendment rights. Importantly, they hired a Minnesota lawyer who is also a MN State Representative. The threats issued by this lawyer appear to contradict the Minnesota Anti-SLAPP laws that this MN Representative voted for. The irony.
If this lawyer had watched the video I published he would have immediately recognized that his client was a fraudster that was actively stealing from the US Taxpayers.
More ironically this MN State Representative has personally penned and passed anti fraud legislation.
Is it acceptable for a MN State Representative to actively work with fraudsters to suppress journalism exposing fraud? Is this a conflict of interest?
Considering the wave of fraud accusations in Minnesota, should the lead anti-fraud Representative be working to suppress journalism into fraud?
In September 2026 as part of my research for a video series covering UK’s Tax Policy Associates exposure of Simon Goldberg’s and Simone Marshall’s fraud I sent emails to Simon and his lawyer for comments on this article to clarify some points. Rather than clarify the points they employed the “anti-fraud” MN State Representative to again send a First Amendment suppression threat.
