- moderator is to keep the discusison on topic
- if either side interrupts too much a 1 minute alternating speaker mute/unmute is enacted at the discretion of the moderator

Notes:
- Simply playing a pre recorded videos are not allowed, presentations and rebuttals are presented live
- Video clips are allowed, just not a pre recorded presentation
- Pre-written scripts are allowed, and they must follow the current topic
- All claims are to be supported with evidence
- Links to all evidence must be shared during the debate
