Flat earthers claim that the stars never move. That they have been perfects the same for all recorded history. When asked for supporting evidence they never have anything. They are just parroting their papa flerfs. Sometimes when pressed they claim that Orin’s belt is “perfectly” aligned with the pyramids of Giza. Again, never producing any measurements. The closest they ever come is this image:
There are a few problems with this:
- This is a computer generated image. Not a photograph.
- This is supposed to represent the planets Mercury, Venus, Saturn, not Orion’s belt.
- This is how it might have looked on December 3rd, 2012 only. Not every night.
- The image is wrong, the planets didn’t look like that on December 3rd.

When caught in a lie, flerfs sometimes try to change their claim. Two common attempts to escape their lies are:
- The positions of the pyramids align with Orion’s belt
- This is not true, they do not align.
- Claim that tubes through the pyramids “perfectly” align with some stars.
- No evidence will ever be presented. It’s just another lie they heard from their papa flerf.
