- December 2019 Solstice
- March 2020 Equinox in progress
On the March Equinox, at local solar noon people all over the world will measure the angle to the sun. Local Solar Noon is when the sun is highest in the sky.
Here is an overview of how to do the measurement: Measuring the Angle to the Sun
We are hoping to get people from a wide variety of latitudes. Do you live north of the arctic circle? Or in Southern Chile? Maybe on the Antarctic Peninsula? Send an email to get on the list: firstname.lastname@example.org. You don’t need to be on the list to take measurements. Just do it and submit here.
