Witsit Caught Lying 5

On September 4 Austin Whitsitt claimed he has already gone over the “TFE” contract with his attorney.

But had Austin actually been looking over the contract with his attorney? I thought some of the other things he mentioned sounded unlike what an attorney would advise. For example, Austin claims he would be liable if a plane flight was cancelled: “if my flight to South America were cancelled for some unforeseen reason”. Then included a screenshot of the contract that states Austin would not be responsible for “(k) other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the responsible Participant.”

This seemed a bit strange to me since it appears to be contradictory. I suspect Austin is lying about going over the contract with his lawyer. To test this I offered to pay for up to 5 hours of his attorney’;s time going over the contract prior to the time of this post on X.

Austin accidentally blocked me on X and Facebook so he isn’t able to see my posts or receive DMs from me. It seems that the people that also sent him messages didn’t get their message through either. I was able to speak with Austin the next day on a Discord server. I informed him of my offer. Strangely he got defensive. He wondered if I was accusing him of not having an attorney. Not at all. I’m accusing him of NOT gaining over the contract with his attorney as of the time he claimed he has gone over the contract with his attorney.

The offer stands: have your attorney email me to get the details for where to send the bill: mctoon@mctoon.net.

We all know that no attorney would send a bill for going over a contract if he had not gone over the contract.

So, lacking a bill from the attorney, I am concluding that Austin Whitsit lied.

Again.
