My topics:
Celestial Navigation
Euclid Book 3 Prop 18 describes a line tangent to a circle.

Demonstration of measuring an elevation angle on a sphere:
Visual example of doing celestial navigation. I will not show this video, it’s included here as an example of how celestial navigation is done on a globe.
I will demonstrate getting a location fix for the following star angle measurements:
- Date: November 17th, 2023
- Time Zone: GMT
- T-2 theodolite
- No corrections made, data is “As observed”
- Rigel
- Time: 02:20:42.4
- Angular altitude: 13°0.1′
- Vega
- Time: 02:56:18.6
- Angular altitude: 15°33.9′
- Fomalhaut
- Time: 02:52:20.7
- Angular altitude: 12°59′
- Determination from celnav: 39°42.3’N, 77°45.6’W = 39.705°, -77.76°
- Coordinates from GNSS: 39° 42′ 41.103334″N, 77° 44′ 27.12836″W = 39.711418°, -77.740869°
- 1.785 km difference

I have had a $10,000 Flat Earth Celestial Navigation challenge for almost 2 years: https://mctoon.net/10ksextantv2/
Reciprocal Zenith Angles
Overview https://mctoon.net/radius-reciprocal-angles/
In the debate I will review this specific measurement first: https://mctoon.net/rza-baron/
Then I will review one RZA measurement from the Transcontinental Triangulation and the American Arc of the Parallel. One example of hundreds: Toiyabe Dome -> White Pine page 314 (320 of the PDF) and White Pine -> Toiyabe Dome on the next page.
All the referenced data from the survey has been entered in this spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kus6gZDIdR_Q3W3OnW0hNyn35CUWas5szyz_dWRwj0Q/edit?usp=sharing
Toiyabe Dome -> White Pine is on sheet “Published Zeniths”, row 414
White Pine -> Toiyabe Dome is on sheet “Published Zeniths”, row 448
Analysis of RZA is on sheet “Reduced RZAs” row 735. RZA is 181.345 972°
Summary on sheet “RZA Results” row 435.
